A district court judge held all charges for trial in the case of two Bristol Township men accused of selling schedule two controlled substances to a police informant.
John French Jr., 54, and David Goodbred, 26, both face a slew of drug-related offenses connected to their summer arrest.

Newtown Township police officer Dan Bartle took the stand Tuesday and testfied that a informant under his watch purchased Oxycodone pills from both men.
One of the controlled buys took place on Blue Ridge Drive in Levittown and the others outside a Bristol Township car wash, according to court papers.
Goodbred is accused of showing up a few minutes into a drug buy in July and providing French with 20 Oxycodone pills in exchange for several hundred dollars the informant had just paid, court papers say.

At the time of his arrest Goodbred admitted to having drugs in his car and said he planned to deliver them to other people, according to court papers.
Newtown Township police and the Bucks County Detectives were involved in the investigation.

Both men currently sit in Bucks County prison unable to post bail.
