Police said they were called to the TJMaxx last week after Asia Brown stole 9 items valued at $694.91. Outside the store, Brown struggled with a store loss prevention officer who tried to stop her, court papers say.

Later in the day, Brown was arraigned by District Judge Joanne Kline.

Following the arraignment, Brown was put back in her holding cell at the Middletown police station, and that’s when she allegedly made threats against Kline.

“F–k that b-tch, I’m coming for her,” Brown said several times, according to police.

The Trenton resident also threaten to “call her people” and stated the judge “better watch out.”

The judge was advised of the threats.
