A Levittown father will be charged Tuesday afternoon in connection with the death of his two-year-old son.

Coco Kollie Wallace, 38, is expected to be charged with criminal homicide, reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a controlled substance, according to the district attorney’s office. As of 12:05 p.m., the 36 year old was sitting inside Judge Joanne Kline’s court awaiting arraignment.

Police and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office plan to hold a press conference on the arrest Tuesday afternoon in Middletown.
A press release from the district attorney says 27-month-old Sebastian Wallace died October 22 in the emergency room of Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol Township.
Autopsy and toxicology tests conducted by investigators revealed Sebastian Wallace died as a result of an Oxycodone overdose.

“Sebastian’s blood tested positive for Oxycodone at three times the level that would be necessary to kill the average adult,” authorities said.
Coco Wallace was reported to be the only adult with the two-year-old leading up to the overdose and admitted to being in possession of Oxycodone pills the day before Sebastian Wallaces’s death, the district attorney’s office said.
