Theft

Victim reports on that on August 30, at approximately 11:15 a.m., her blue and silver mountain bicycle was taken from in her front of her apartment at Racquet Club south. The bicycle was valued at $50.

September 2

Theft from Vehicle

Victim reports sometime between 9:30 p.m. on September 1 and 6:30 a.m. on September, unknown actor(s) entered his unlocked 2014 Nissan that was parked at Racquet Club Apartments and removed change and a stuffed animal. The value of the items taken was $15.

September 5

Retail Theft

Diptiben Patel, 33, of Fairless Hills, was arrested on Friday, September 5, at 11:55 a.m. at the Sears at the Oxford Valley Mall for retail theft. $425.96 worth of merchandise was taken.

September 6

Theft

A 14 year old female juvenile from Bristol was arrested on Saturday, September 6 at 5:11 p.m., at the TJ Maxx at Lincoln Plaza for retail theft and receiving stolen property. $362.76 worth of merchandise was taken.

Theft

Laura E. Foden, 23, of Levittown, was arrested on Saturday, September 6, at 6:41 p.m. at the JC Penney at the Oxford Valley mall for retail theft and possessing instrument of a crime. $85.00 worth of merchandise was taken.

Theft

Lisa Harvey, 44, of Levittown, was cited on Saturday, September 6 at 4:09 p.m. at the JC Penney the Oxford Valley Mall for retail theft. $65.00 worth of merchandise was taken.

Public Drunkenness

Dennis Piecha, 21, of Hillsborough, New Jersey, was cited for public drunkenness on Saturday, September 6 at 4:15 p.m. at Sesame Place. Katerina Laoercherer, 19, of Princeton, New Jersey, was cited for Public Drunkenness and Underage Drinking on Saturday, September 6 at 4:15 p.m. at Sesame Place.

Stephen M. Dargenio, 42, of Levittown, was cited for public drunkenness on Saturday, September 6 at 11:18 p.m. at Chesterfield Apartments.

Theft

An employee at Oxford Valley Mall, reports sometime between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, unknown actor(s) took 55 shirts valued at $2,093.

Theft

Giant Food Store on North Flowers Mill Road reported at 6:04 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, an unknown female took $55.67 worth of merchandise. The items were recovered.

Theft

Victim reports an unknown actor(s) took her wallet from her purse while she was washing her dog at Pet Supplies Plus on East Lincoln Highway on Saturday, September 6 at 4:49 p.m. The value of the item taken was listed at $30.

Victim reports while at the Olive Garden restaurant on Saturday, September 6 at 9:30 p.m., an unknown actor(s) took a $60 gift card off the table.

September 7

Theft

Loretta M. Hall, 32, of Bristol, was cited on Sunday, September 7 at 4:05 p.m. at the Giant on New Falls road for retail theft. $43.20 worth of merchandise was taken.

Burglary

Victim reports sometime between September 5 and September 7, unknown actor(s) entered her residence on Hawk road. It is unknown at this time what was taken and the value.

Theft of Motor Vehicle

Victim reports sometime between 11:00 a.m. and 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, September 7, unknown actor(s) took her 1999 Saturn from the Michael’s parking lot at Lincoln Plaza Mall. The vehicle was valued at $5,000.

Burglary

Victim reports sometime between 11:30 a.m. on September 6 and 5:40 p.m. on September 7, unknown actor(s) entered her residence on Candytuft Road and removed various pieces of jewelry. The items were valued at over $700.

September 8

Public Drunkenness

Mark C. Deiter, 38, of Levittown, was cited for public drunkenness on Monday, September 8 at 1:11 a.m. on Round Hill Road.

September 9

Arrest

Kareem D. Ballard, 30, of Levittown, was arrested on Tuesday, September 9 at 7:39 p.m. at Longview Garden Apartments for possession of a controlled substance.

Warrant Arrest

Breanna S. Belton, 23, of Levittown, was arrested on Tuesday, September 9 at 7:39 p.m. at Longview Garden Apartments as a result of a warrant. She was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

Warrant Arrest

James T. Salamatin, 51, of Levittown was arrested on September 9 at 3:57 p.m. on a warrant out of the Philadelphia Police Department. He was turned over to the Philadelphia Police.

Theft

Emmaus Road Lutheran Church on Bristol-Oxford Valley Road reported sometime overnight, between September 8 and September 9, unknown actor(s) took $1,000 in construction materials.
