A fake $100 bill was passed to a toll taker in Morrisville.
Pennsylvania State police based in Trevose say a man in a tan jeep passed the counterfeit $100 to the toll taker around 8:45 p.m. Sunday on Route 1 toll bridge that connects Trenton and Morrisville.

The toll taker realized the bill was fake, but the driver of the Jeep had already drove off, state police said.
New Jersey State Police and the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission contacted the Pennsylvania State police, who are continuing the investigation into the counterfeit bill.
