On June 17, the Falls Township Board of Supervisors approved a preliminary and final plan of minor subdivision and land development for the demolition of the existing building at 482 West Trenton Ave. and the construction of an AutoZone.
The new retail auto parts store with parking and landscaping will occupy 6,816 square feet in the popular and constantly developing Morrisville area. In fact, a proposed Planet Fitness has been approved for a nearby shopping center also.

Prior to AutoZone’s construction, they must submit all required permits and approvals including standard procedures like a soil erosion and sediment pollution control plan as well as approval from the township fire marshall and traffic engineer.
According to the company’s website “AutoZone is the leading retailer and a leading distributor of automotive replacement parts and accessories in the U.S. (They) sell auto and light truck parts, chemicals and accessories through AutoZone stores in 49 U.S. states plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Brazil.”
