Michael McClinton was supposed to surrender to Newtown Township police in February but failed to, according to authorities. Court papers show McClinton was wanted by Newtown authorities on charges of manufacture, delivering or possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of communications facility.

Police said McClinton had a fugitive warrant issued after he failed to turn himself in. The charges he was wanted on are connected to a marijuana investigation from early 2014.

Officers in Uwclan Township arrested McClinton in Chester County on May 13 and he was extradited to Bucks County a few days later. He was arraigned and sent to county jail on 10 percent of $10,000 bail.
