The person who lodged the complaint photographed a suspected drug deal and presented the images to police, according to court papers.

Between March 19 and and March 30, a witness described seeing several suspected drug deals, police said.
On Monday, detectives in plainclothes began surveillance on the area and observed a possible drug deal. Around 4:30 p.m., a white Nissan Altima with Rhoads, McCann and Atkinson arrived in the apartment complex parking lot and a suspected deal took place.
Police went up to the Nissan and Rhoads threw four small wax paper drug baggies stamped with “Greedy” into the front of the car, according to police. Drug paraphernalia was discovered throughout the car as well as a hypodermic needled containing suspected heroin residue, police said. Authorities reportedly found paraphernalia containing suspected heroin residue with McCann, Atkinson and Rhoads.
