Singleton is reported to have used the pipe after the woman walked up to the vehicle the 47-year-old was seated in, police said. The victim told officers she knew the car because it belonged to her husband.
Singleton told police she had an argument with the woman over an active warrant that was out for her. Police said that Singleton had a “very small” scrape on her ring finger.
The woman said she was walking in the area of Marie Lowe Park in Bristol Township at about 5 p.m. on Labor Day, September 2, when the incident happened, according to court papers.

Police were flagged down and alerted to the incident. They note in court papers that there was a Labor Day Jamboree happening in the neighborhood at the time.
Singleton had a preliminary hearing this week before Judge Joanne Kline. Charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment were forwarded to trial. Two counts of felony aggravated assault were withdrawn.
