Bristol Township police assisted Pennsylvania State Police Wednesday as they searched a neighborhood near the township police headquarters for a wanted person.
Bristol Township police Lt. Terry Hughes said the department played an assisting role in the search for the person. A township K-9 unit searched the area, including parts of Laurel Drive, according to LevittownNow.com reader Michael Coluccio.

The incident happened at around 10 a.m. As of late afternoon, no arrests were reported.
State police were not available for comment Wednesday afternoon.
