After looking to modernize their current website and make it more efficient, Falls Twp. received a proposal from Catapult – an area noviceย not only in reference to website services but municipal sites in particular.
After a brief proposal at Falls’ latest township meeting, the board (with the exception of Supervisor Jonathan Snipes, who was absent due to illness) voted unanimously to hire Catapult and accept their three year website plan.

The plan which will cost the township $499 a month for 36 months ($17,964 in total) will include the design of a brand new site, training services issued quarterly to new township staff or those who need a refresher course and will cover the cost of all system maintenance and available upgrades.
The new site will be developed using a Content Management System or CMS which will allow township employees across the board to update the website regularly without relying on an IT professional.
The website will feature a news feature, calendar feature, allow for email subscriptions to local residents or interested readers and be desktop, tablet and mobile user friendly.

Middletown Township also uses Catapult and issued nothing but great reviews to Falls staff.
In all, Catapult, which began in 1999, currently operates 15 municipal websites.
