Police said the 25-year-old was stopped for a motor vehicle violation, but the officer ran a check on her name and discovered Patricella had an outstanding warrant for retail theft out of Tullytown Borough.
According to court records, the retail theft charge stems from a March incident.
Patricella originally had a preliminary hearing set for April, but did not attend.
