Police descended upon Middletown Township Friday afternoon in search of at least one suspect, according to authorities and readers.
Emergency radio reports indicated that police were involved in a foot pursuit in the area of Twin Oak Drive and Towpath Road at around 3 p.m.

Readers told LevittownNow.com that police were focusing on a white vehicle in the parking lot of the baseball fields along Trenton Road near Twin Oak Drive.
A police source confirmed that Falls Township officers assisted in the search. They were cleared from the scene by 5 p.m.
