Bristol Township police were called to the Avalon Court Apartments on Bristol-Oxford Valley Road Wednesday at 6:33 p.m. for reports of a trespasser. According to an affidavit of probable cause, Johnson has previously been told by property management that he is not allowed on the grounds.
An officer leaving the apartment complex management office was with the manager when they spotted the 22-year-old, police said. The manager pointed to Johnson, who was about 20-feet away, and said, “there he is.”
The officer walked toward the vehicle Johnson was seen entering and asked him to exit the car. The moment Johnson got out of the car, he ran to the 100 building, police said.
