It was sort of strange, but it made perfect sense once explained.
The lone polling place for Langhorne Borough at Pennwood Library is located within sight of the voting entrance Oliver Heckman Elementary School in Middletown Township, which houses two election districts. According to Google Maps, the polling places are located less than 700 feet apart.

Uncommon? Yes. Illogical? No.
A Judge of Elections at Oliver Heckman on Tuesday told LevittownNow.com that the polling places at the school are located there for Middletown residents, not Langhorne residents. She also noted that once Neshaminy Middle School closed several years ago, one district which voted there was forced to move to Heckman and join the precinct that had already been casting their ballot there for years.
