EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS: Deadly Shooting Suspect’s 2011 Arrest at Gunpoint

In April 2011, Northampton Township police took Kenneth Phillipp, the man they say is behind Thursday night’s deadly shooting, into custody in a Richboro shopping center parking lot. He was wanted for threatening to kill a police sergeant, authorities said at the time.
