The crash took place around 4:40 p.m. on Edgely Road just past Gatewood Road, near the PECO property.
According to preliminary reports, a van left the lane of travel and entered the opposing lane of traffic. It first sideswiped a Porsche SUV before colliding with a blue Nissan Pathfinder.
The Pathfinder, driven by a woman, had two children on board — a toddler and an infant — seated in the rear.
