A motorcyclist was killed in a crash along East Maple Avenue Tuesday morning.
Fire, medics, and police were called to the crash that involved a collision between a car and a motorcycle outside the Maple Square office building near Cherry Street in Middletown Township, just feet from the Langhorne Borough border, at 8:18 a.m.

The motorcyclist, a man who lived in the area, was thrown from his bike and struck by another vehicle during the collision. The man was pronounced deceased at the scene, Langhorne-Middletown Fire Company Chief Frank Farry said.
Police closed East Maple Avenue in the area for several hours in the morning for the crash investigation.
