
Middletown police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who was struck and killed by a freight train while standing on the tracks located at the Langhorne Regional Rail Station.
The man was struck around 2:40 a.m. Tuesday and succumbed to his injuries after a CSX freight train that was traveling westbound struck him. The man began to walk across the tracks and stopped as the train was coming toward him, police said.

The victim, a white male, was wearing a red “Killians Irish Red Lager” t-shirt and black cargo shorts, police said.
The crash remains under investigation.
