Settlement on the former Dwight D. Eisenhower Elementary School in Middletown is expected in the next month.
Neshaminy School Board President Ritchie Webb said last week that the new owner, which is the CIBC Foundation, is expected to settle on the building in the “next 30 to 40 days.”

The Woodbourne Road property and school building is being sold for $2.2 million. The sale was approved at court in Doylestown in August.
District officials have previously said the CIBC Foundation is believed to be affiliated with Delta Community Supports Inc., the group that currently leases the building.
The property was previously talked about as the site of the School Lane Charter School. Under that agreement, which never materialized, the charter school would have leased the building.
