A Bristol Township man was injured Sunday morning when the e-bike he was riding collided with a sedan at an intersection in Falls Township, police said.

Falls Township police officers responded at about 10 a.m. to the intersection of Mill Creek Parkway and Levittown Parkway for a reported sedan and e-bike crash.
According to police, witness accounts and a preliminary investigation indicated that a black sedan operated by a 27-year-old Levittown man was traveling east on Mill Creek Parkway in the eastbound lanes with a steady green light.
The e-bike, which was operated by a 41-year-old man from the Croydon section of Bristol Township, was traveling west in the westbound lanes and was reportedly weaving in and out of traffic, police said.

As the sedan continued straight through the intersection, the e-bike rider made an abrupt left turn from the left-turn lane in front of the sedan, which led to a crash, according to police.
The e-bike rider was taken to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia with a suspected head injury.

The driver and passenger of the sedan remained at the scene and were not injured, police said.
Alcohol, drugs or a medical emergency are not believed to have contributed to the crash, according to police.
