Name: Mike Meehan
Hometown: I grew up in Bristol, and I currently live in Levittown.
What does Mike do for Paul Davis Restoration & Renovations: Construction Project Manager
How they got started in the business or their trade: In 2009 I started doing outside sales and business development for a newly founded company, Accusource Services LLC. Being eager to help this company succeed, I went on to hold many different positions: emergency service technician, estimating, accounting, and construction management. In 2013 we partnered with a nationally recognized ally and became Paul Davis Restoration of Bucks County. Today, I continue to expand my skillset and knowledge through restoration, construction and management roles.
What Mike likes about the job: I love helping people turn their construction ideas into realities. The before and after process is very rewarding to both me and the customers. The talented group of coworkers and skilled laborers at Paul Davis make this a smooth transition.
How does Mike work to overcome challenges and make customers happy: Customers know when you’re genuine. Communication and managing expectations is always the best practice. It’s sometimes a collective plan amongst my coworkers and myself to attack obstacles throughout the process to ensure a happy end result.
What is it like working in the community where you live? As someone who has lived in the Bristol/Levittown for my entire life, I’ve formed strong connections with my community. I’ve had the pleasure of helping several classmates and fellow alumni from Conwell Egan Catholic. I’ve coached youth sports with my children and assisted their schools with numerous events. As a volunteer firefighter in Bristol Township, I can truly relate to my community in their time of need.
Mike’s favorite or most motivating quote? “Every champion was once a contender who refused to give up.”
