The incident happened around 7:40 a.m. in the 3000 block of Clayton Drive in the Pennwood Crossing mobile home park as the juveniles were playing basketball and waiting for a school bus, according to police.

According to police, Falls Township officers were dispatched to the area following reports of an armed subject. Upon arrival, they were informed by several parents that the man – later identified as Keith Binney, 58 – confronted the juveniles.

“What are you looking at? Do you want to get stabbed?” he allegedly said.

The juveniles positively identified Binney as the man who threatened them, according to court papers filed Friday afternoon.

A search conducted by the officers at the time of his arrest revealed Binney was in possession of the silver knife, along with a small metal container holding crystallized rocks believed to be methamphetamine and a glass pipe with black residue, police said.
