An abundance of local career opportunities is available in various industries. Instead of wasting time searching and applying for positions online, then waiting weeks or months to hear back, local job seekers can meet hiring managers in person and get started on a new career this summer.
Hundreds of jobs will be available at the Bucks County Mid-Year Job Fair, which will be held June 22 at Neshaminy Mall.

Hosted by RecruitmentQueen, a Bucks County-based digital job board, the career fair features a wide array of positions in various industries, including healthcare, customer service, banking, technology, and more. Applicants will have the opportunity to ask employers specific questions about job openings, benefits available and what type of work environment they could expect.
In all, more than a dozen employers with several hundred jobs will be available at the job fair. The following employers have signed up to exhibit so far: Dow Jones, Chandler Hall, Philadelphia Federal Credit Union, Paradigm Technology Consulting, Service Team of Professionals, Brian’s House, WD Wright Contracting for Wright of PA, Pine Run Retirement Community, Certified Steel, All American Home Care LLC, Pennswood Village, Vertical Screen, Inc., S. Ambani Group, Mauser Packaging, and UPS. Additional employers will be added in the coming weeks.
“It’s great to see local businesses rebounding since the start of the pandemic,” said RecruitmentQueen founder, Jennifer Schultz. “Many of the employers are ramping up their staffing levels for busy summer and fall seasons and are looking to get a jumpstart on 2023.”

Job seekers can register the day of the job fair at the registration table, or ahead of time online. Schultz recommends that applicants bring several copies of their resume for face-to-face interactions with hiring managers and recruiters. Even though the career fair is held at a shopping mall where dress codes do not apply, job seekers should dress for success. Professional attire is recommended.
