Two attorneys are vying for the Sixth Senate District.

The November general election will include feature the face-off between Frank Farry, an attorney and current GOP state representative from Langhorne Borough, and Democrat Ann Marie Mitchell, an attorney from Northampton Townshipโs Ivyland. The two ran in their parties’ primary unopposed.
The redistricted Sixth Senate District covers Bensalem Township, Hulmeville Borough, Ivyland Borough, Langhorne Borough, Langhorne Manor Borough, Lower Southampton Township, Middletown Township, Penndel Borough, Northampton Township, Upper Southampton Township, Warminster Township, Warwick Township, Warrington Township, and Wrightstown Township.
State Sen. Tommy Tomlinson, a Republican from Bensalem Township, currently holds the seat, but he is retiring and not running for another term.

Farry has served as a state representative since 2008.
Mitchell previously ran against Republican State Rep. Wendi Thomas in 2020, but she lost that race.
