The White Oak Pharmacy in the 800 block of State Road closed this week after being in business since 2016.

A phone call to the pharmacy was answered with an automated message. The statement alerted customers the business had closed and all prescriptions had been transferred to the CVS at 901 Route 13 in Croydon.

The pharmacy website, which has been taken down, recently stated the staff of pharmacists at the business had more than 30 years of experience. The pharmacy highlighted their personalized service and independent status.
