Pennsylvania State Police were called to East Maple Avenue and South Pine Street (Route 413) in Langhorne Borough last Monday around 7 a.m. for a reported crash.
Troopers said they arrived to find Jose Angel Rivera, 31, of Philadelphia, intoxicated and involved in the crash between a 2011 van and a 2009 Nissan Versa.
Further investigation found the van being operated by Rivera was stolen earlier in the day, state police said.
