A Langhorne man is in trouble in Bucks County and Philadelphia.
On Tuesday around 4:15 a.m., Middletown police were called to the Racquet Club Apartments for the report of a man inside a Dodge Ram in the parking lot with a small tool. The report was made by a resident out walking his dog. The resident said the man threatened him when confronted, according to court papers.

A few minutes alter, the resident walked a second dog and the man now had a baseball bat. The man threatened to “kill” the resident with the bat, police said.
Officers reported arriving and finding the man – Javier Blanco, 23, of Langhorne – and ordered him to drop the bat. After several commands, he dropped the bat and was arrested, police said.
According to a bail conditions sheet and Philadelphia Municipal Court records, Blanco was arrested Monday in Philadelphia on charges of burglary, theft, and use of an unauthorized vehicle. He was involved in a police chase in the city in a vehicle that was previously stolen from the Racquet Club Apartments in Middletown.

Blanco was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Daniel Baranoski with charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, loitering and prowling at night, and theft from a vehicle. He was held in the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $75,000 bail. His Philadelphia bail was non-monetary.
