Bristol Township Council approved the plans with several waivers mainly related to the irregular lot shape on Thursday evening. Previously, the planning commission gave the proposal the green light.
Ten of the homes will have their driveways on Red Cedar Drive and three will be on Rainbow Lane, according to the plans.
A representative for the developer said the average property size is 8,000-square-feet, about 3,000 square feet larger than required.
