A man accused of masturbating at a park in Falls Township last month is now facing accusations that he possessed thousands of files of child pornography.
According to an affidavit of probable cause filed by the Bucks County Rangers, Richard Neil Longo II, 46, who is homeless, was found to have sexual images of children on devices linked to him. He admitted that some of the images were obtained when he downloaded porn featuring adults.

Late in August, Longo was arrested after witnesses spotted him naked in the county-owned woods near the Oxford Valley Pool in Falls Township. One of the witnesses told rangers he saw the man masturbating. He was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness.
In the newest court papers, rangers said Longo had told them following the call that he was watching porn featuring transgender people but had not yet masturbated. He showed the ranger some of the porn on his tablet and the law enforcement officer spotted images of naked children.
Longo blamed his friend from Penndel for putting the images of children on his device and later said he downloads adult porn and images of children are sometimes included, adding he didn’t delete them because they were part of a package, rangers said.

“Maybe just some nudist colonial images with kids and their parents,” Longo reportedly told a ranger when asked if he had images he should not possess on his tablet.
Longo said he downloads porn using free WiFi at McDonald’s and the post office.

Longo’s tablet had a number of naked photos of his female sex partners and images of children showing their genitals, rangers said.
The tablet was turned over to the FBI’s regional computer forensics lab shortly after Longo’s arrest.
A ranger drove to Falls Township’s Morrisville section to speak with Longo’s father, who reportedly said a family member previously found child porn on a computer his son used 13 years ago.

Law enforcement noted in court papers they learned Longo leased a storage unit in Bristol Township and they executed a search warrant. They logged that five computer towers, one laptop, several hard drives, and hundreds of DVDs and CDs were seized.
A review of the items alleged to have belonged to Longo led to the discovery of more than 4,000 files of child porn, including pictures of an adult male having sex with a baby and video of a young girl being raped by an adult male while being held down, according to court papers.

Longo was charged last Wednesday with 20 counts of child pornography and a single county of criminal use of a communication facility. He was arraigned and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $25,000 bail.
