According to a 2017 probable cause affidavit, Bristolย Township police had been dispatched to the Whitewood section of Levittown last October to respond to a suicidal subject.ย Upon arrival, Princeโ€™s wife told officers that her husband left the house 20 minutes ago, saying that he would kill himself.ย  Three hoursย later,ย officersย were dispatched to Lower Bucks Hospital after Price had arrived saying he was suicidal. It was there that Prince told officers he had raped a 13-year-old girl.

When detectives interviewed the girl the following day, she admitted that the abuse began when she was just 11. She told investigators thatย Prince would force the minor to watch porn while waiting in the car at the bus stop. The abuse escalated, culminating in repeated rape.

โ€œIโ€™m very sorry for what I did,โ€ Prince said during his sentencing. โ€œIโ€™m not going to ever let it happen again.โ€

When detectives asked Prince about the claims, they said he admitted to having committed the crimes.

The prison sentence was part of aย negotiated plea agreement betweenย Deputy District Attorney Kristin McElroy and Administrative Deputy Public Defender Ann Russavage-Faust.
