In February, Williams was convicted following a non-jury trial before Bucks County Judge Wallace Bateman at the Justice Center in Doylestown.
Williams fired a gun into a home in the 1800 block of Foster Avenue Circle around 5 p.m. on December 20, 2016. The bullet shot through aย window jamb and drywall before ending up on a bed.

Police said Williams, who has previously drug-related convictions, had fired the gun while chasing his ex-girlfriend while driving a black Nissan.
Officers later searched the Nissan Williams was driving and foundย 45 bundles of heroin and aย Smith and Wesson 28-2 Highway Patrolman .357 revolver with two spent casings inside it, authorities said.
โHe fired indiscriminately at someone, and it wound up in the bedroom of someone not even involvedโ Assistant District Attorney William Murphy told the judge at the sentencing. โTo add insult to injury, he has all this heroin in this car โฆ Heโs a heroin dealer with a gun, driving around.โ

In court, Williams said he was a hardworking family man who went to church and was cooperative with Bristol Township police.
โYouโre a heroin dealer, itโs obvious. Youโre at it again,โ Bateman said. โDealing heroin, firing a weapon in a neighborhood โฆ we need to protect the community. I donโt know if you fully understand the magnitude and gravity of what you have done.โ
Williams also was sentenced toย nine to 36 months in prison for an unrelated aggravated assault by vehicle case out of Bristol Township. Williams was involved in a crash where he seriously injured a motorcyclist in July 2016 while driving with marijuana metabolite in his blood.
