Two Lower Bucks County men have been charged for allegedly causing vandalism in Philadelphia.
University of Pennsylvania police officers spotted Robert Ehlers, 39, of Morrisville, and Brendon Anthony Lopez, 24, of Bristol, in the 3600 block of Chestnut Street last Sunday. Each man had a spray paint can in hand and was marking the wall of a loading dock located near a Wawa in the area. One of the men then was observed by officers taking photos of the graffiti on the wall, city police said.
