No one was injured in a fire in Bristol Borough mid-morning Thursday.
Firefighters were dispatched to the 100 block of Buckley Street in Bristol for a heater fire. They arrived to the home and did not find any flames, but quickly determined there was an active fire in the residence next door, Bristol Fire Chief Herb Slack said.

Crews found a dryer on fire in the basement of the home, spewing smoke throughout the dwelling, Slack told LevittownNow.com.
The fire was contained to the dryer and extinguished.
Firefighters from the America Hose Hook and Ladder, Bristol, Bristol Consolidated, Croydon, Edgely, Goodwill Hose and Third District fire companies responded to the scene. The Bucks County Rescue Squad was also on location.
