A man is accused of making aggressive moves at medics and kicking a police officers in Bristol Borough.
Michael Fehn, 45, was arrested at about 8:30 p.m. last Thursday while attempting to break into his former girlfriend’s apartment on Mill Street in Bristol. According to police documents, Fehn has no home address.

Upon contacting the police, Fehn’s ex-girlfriend told police that she had a protection from abuse order from Fehn but it had expired on the previous day, court documents state.
According to police papers, Fehn was leaning against a wall and screaming when police arrived. When he noticed officers, he jumped from where he was standing into the bushes below. While in the brush, he yelled that he would kill the officers if he came out.
Police said they continued to order him out of the brush and when he finally obeyed, he made aggressive gestures towards the medics that had been called to the scene.

Fehn continued to resist, flailing his arms and feet. After he was finally cuffed, he kicked an officer in the side, police said.
Fehn is being charged with a felony of aggravated assault, misdemeanors including simple assault, making terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. He also has a summary charge of harassment.

Fehn’s bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000. He was unable to post and he was taken to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
