Officers from the Middletown Township Police Department responded to Crown Road in the Cobalt Ridge neighborhood in Levittown for the report of a domestic incident in progress Sunday, April 2 shortly before 8 p.m.
Upon arrival, police spoke with a woman who identified Connelly as being evicted from the residence and refusing to leave. Court documents state that when police spoke with Connelly he too acknowledged he had been evicted and was not leaving the residence.
When police offered to help Connelly find an alternative place to go, he reportedly stood up, grabbed a glass Snapple bottle, and smashed it on the ground near a group of police officers, according to court papers.
