A New Jersey man was charged this week with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment after an alleged incident in Bristol Township.
Hector Hernandez, 42, of New Brunswick, New Jersey, was arrested after police allege he threatened a woman and attempted to kick down the door to an apartment in the Levittown Trace complex on Ford Road Tuesday evening.

Two officers were dispatched to the complex after a 9-1-1 caller stated a man was at their door trying to break it down. They also advised the man did own weapons.
According to court papers, an officer rolled up and watched a man run into the apartment common area. The officer then heard the man – later identified as Hernandez – yelling, “send him the f*** out here.”
An officer asked Hernandez to calm down but he did not. The officer eventually used a Taser to help apprehend the 42 year old, court papers read.

Further investigation led to police discovering Hernandez allegedly called a woman in the apartment and threatened to “kill them.” Hernandez reportedly showed up at the apartment and began attempting to kick in the door and threatening to kill the woman and her son.
Hernandez was freed on 10 percent of $25,000 bail.
