Falls Township will be providing residents with a unique opportunity this fall as part of their relationship with the state’s Horticultural Society.
According to township officials, this year the township’s Shade Tree Commission will partner with the township to offer residents trees at what the township would normally pay for them.

The tree selection, which will be limited to small trees under 30 inches, and medium sized trees 30 inches to 50 inches, will cost $25 each, and be limited to one per household.
According to the township, since the program is new, the township will only be offering 15 trees in total for the fall season. Depending upon the response, Falls will consider purchasing more trees for the upcoming spring 2016 season.
Both applications and payment must be made in order for residents to be placed on the township list. Payments will be accepted at the Township Manager’s office. If you have any questions, please contact 215-949-9000 x203.
