A Crips gang member was busted with drugs in Falls Township Saturday morning, according to police.
Officer Jarrod Eisenhauer stopped a vehicle driven by Wesley Cesar, 25, of Morrisville, at Lincoln Highway and North Olds Boulevard around 2 a.m. Eisenhauer spotted a bag between the Cesar’s legs, which prompted him to have the 25 year old get out of the car, police said.

The first bag contained crack cocaine and another nine bags found inside the vehicle contained heroin, police said.
Cesar told officers he was in the process of selling the drugs, police said.
Cesar was charged with drug possession with intent to sell, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic citations. He was arraigned before District Judge Joanne Kline and sent to prison on 10 percent of $25,000.
