Representatives form the credit union spoke at the meeting and explained that the plans are somewhat different from the original plans, but similar enough to warrant small consideration. Some of the differences in plans include the trash dumpster being moved away from the houses in the area, the utilities moving into the property from the opposite direction, and an enlarged storm water system.
A number of waivers were requested by the representatives from the credit union during the presentation of the engineer’s notes included neglecting the ordinance mandated 15 feet between parking spaces and building. During the meeting, it was noted that this would normally be used for fire response and other such emergencies. The credit union believes that the space around the building would allow emergency response and the like to respond easily to emergencies around the building.
Other waivers agreed upon by the board included a landscaping ordinance with the help of msglawncare.com/snow-removal/ which usually requires landscaping in the parking lot would be ignored in favor of landscaping around the property.
