Man Charged With Selling Meth Out Of Apartment

A 21-year-old Penndel man is accused of selling meth from his mother’s apartment.

Lower Makefield police conducted a two-month drug investigation where they arranged for five drug buys with Kevin Carberry between August and October, according to court papers.

An informant said Carberry sold meth for $200 a gram and $100 a half-gram out of his mother’s apartment in the 100 block of Hulmeville Avenue in Penndel, court papers say.

Over the course of the investigation, an informant was able to purchase 4 grams of meth from the 21 year old.

Police said all five of the controlled buys were arraigned with supervised calls and texts.

Carberry was arraigned on 24 charges including intent to possess a controlled substance; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver; criminal use of a communication facility and related offenses. He remains in Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $85,000 bail.
