The fight continues to keep the doors open at the Bristol Borough Area Active Adult Center.
A spaghetti dinner, sponsored by the Northeast Rockers for Veterans, will take place from 4to 7 p.m. at 301 Wood Street in Bristol on October 18 to help benefit the struggling center. Adult tickets are $9, tickets for children aged seven to twelve cost $4 and all children under six eat for free.

The charity will sponsor not only a meal of spaghetti, but meatballs, salad, even dessert, all for a great cause.
The new charity, whose ‘Spaghetti Dinner’ will kickoff their very first fundraiser, will donate half of all the proceeds to the help keep things running at the struggling center for just a little while longer.
Damian Gioia formerly of Ride for Dime and now a proud member of NRV, helped host a fundraiser for the center back in April. The fundraiser, which featured a pancake breakfast, helped raise $700. Read the story here.
