Police allege in court papers that the assault happened in two houses on Washington Avenue on a late August night.
During an interview at the Children’s Advocacy Center, the teen said Wagner poured a cup of vodka in his mouth, straddled him and then began kissing him, according to court papers. Another boy said he witnessed Wagner make out with the 13-year-old boy, police said.
Following the kissing, the Wagner and the 13 year old went to another house across the street. In an upstairs bedroom, the woman sexually assaulted the boy, court papers say. The documents also outline the woman tried to have sex with the boy, but he refused and left.

Wagner was also wanted on an bench warrant for failure to appear last month for her formal arraignment in Doylestown for a simple assault case.
Baranoski said in court that Wagner was to not have contact with the victims. She was also ordered not to have unsupervised contact with any minor and provide a valid address.
