A SEPTA Regional Rail train heading from Trenton toward Philadelphia struck a car Thursday afternoon on the Lower Makefield and Middletown border.
No serious injuries were reported on the train or on the ground, according to SEPTA spokesman Andrew Busch. A witness reported seeing two men being taken from the scene by medics.

The incident happened at the grade crossing on Township Line Road around 4:30 p.m. The wreck left West Trenton Line service suspended as of 6 p.m., Busch said.
Preliminary information released by SEPTA shows the black Chevrolet was on the grade crossing when the train was coming through toward the Woodbourne Station. Busch said local police are investigating the reason the car was on the crossing.
Witness Kirk Kelly said the car was on the tracks when the train was coming through the crossing. He said the signal arms were also down.

A Bucks County emergency dispatcher said Lower Makefield police were handling the call.
