May 23

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Michael A. Day, 22, of Levittown, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Quincy Drive for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft

Two Lennox Air Conditioner condensers were stolen between 10 a.m. on May 22 and 11 a.m. on May 23 from a home on  Wychwood Lane. The theft is valued at $3,000.

Farkhanda Riaz, 36, of Montgomeryville, MD, was cited at 6:19 p.m. for retail theft at Sesame Place. The value of the merchandise taken was $132.54.

Stanley Scott, 56, of Trenton, was cited at 6:23 p.m. for retail theft at the Giant Food Store on New Falls Road. The value of the merchandise taken was $37.37.

Disorderly Conduct

Dymitre Stack, 18, of Levittown, and a 17 year old juvenile from Fairless Hills were cited for disorderly conduct at 7:30 p.m. at the Oxford Valley Mall.

Daniel L. Wadsworth, 29, of Levittown, was arrested at 4 p.m. for retail theft at Macy’s in the Oxford Valley Mall. About $380 worth of merchandise was taken.

Veronica Budzinski, 19, of Oakford, was cited for retail theft at 5:52 p.m. at the Giant Food Store on New Falls Road. Police say $95.28 worth of merchandise was taken.

Vehicle Theft

A 2014 Kia that was parked on Colonial Drive was stolen over night. The vehicle is valued at $25,000.
