Bristol Township Acting Police Chief Lt. John Godzieba confirmedย Latasha Breeden ย reported her daughter Azure Breeden as a runaway on Thursday morning.

The chief said she was last seen Wednesday night around 9 p.m.

Breeden told LevittownNow.com she called her daughter Thursday morning to wake her up for school and the door to her bedroom was locked, which required a family member to force the door open. Once the door was opened, the family member told Breeden, “Azure isn’t here.”

Breeden said family members checked her mother’s home, where they found a note hand written by Azure on a table.

“I don’t want to be on the earth anymore and don’t come looking for me,” the note reportedly said.

Breeden said she’s checked with other family and friends, even visiting the ย high school to inform officials who, according to Breeden, spoke with friends of Azure.

“I just want to know where she is and if she is safe. It’s the unknown ย and as far as not being in this world anymore what does that means,?” she said.

Godzieba said Azure has been entered into the National Crime Information Center database as a missing person and that Bucks County 9-1-1 will be doing the entry into the National Missing Children database.
