Nicolle Ingram is young, talented, and hungry to add her client list as a stylist at Ultra Tech Hair and Nail Design in Tullytown.

Owned by Debbie Robinson and in business for over 20 years, the salon is growing and Ingram is starting to grow with it.
Nicolle, who graduated from the Levittown Beauty Academy, has a quiet but artistic flair to her that customers appreciate and helps create the look they want.
Working at Ultra Tech since August of 2013, Debbie’s investment in Nicolle is paying off as her “book” continues to grow and skill set expands.

“Nicolle has a unique way of giving clients what they want, in a way that requires little communication, from her customers new and established,” Robinson said.
Debbie grew up in the business with her mom and is now passing on her expertise to Nicolle as they work together in the Main Street Salon.

Debbie who also grew up in Tullytown, realizes the value of word of mouth but similarly realizes the value of letting potential customers know what the salon has to offer.
Client by client, Debbie is successfully applying skills gained daily.
A master colorist, she said, a significant portion of her work is often fixing color jobs gone awry.

“Getting the color the customer wants is simply the key. And in order to do that you have to know what you’re doing, she said explaining the art of style coloring; you have to have somebody take you under their wing to teach the skills in an everyday setting”.
Debbie has been mentoring Nicolle in mastering color and color correction.

Nicolle’s favorite services to provide are color, highlights, and up-dos.
Not only is word of mouth key to getting a good customer base, but social media can open up so many more doors to gaining customers.

“You do a good job, customers come back and they share that with others,” Debbie said.
“When you do get a client to come back, I tell them here’s two cards, send me two clients and you get your next haircut free. That customer is going to look to send those new clients”.

Its not the only thing that is offered for free at Ultra Tech Hair & Nail Salon, they also do dry cuts of bangs for free for regular clients.

“We’re good at what we do and if the customer isn’t happy “We fix it,” Debbie said.
