High School Quarterback’s ‘Dream Comes True’

Bristol Borough High School on Wednesday morning was about “dreams coming true” for the Warriors starting quarterback Trevor Leone.

Leone signed a letter of intent to attend Albright College in Reading yesterday.

Leone, with supporters around him, signed  the letter a little after 8 a.m. in the main hallway, where the high school’s accomplishments in sports are displayed for all to see.

Later in the day Leone, a student athlete with a 3.7 GPA, told LevittownNow.com that he’s looking forward to continuing his football career at the division III school saying he plans to major in sports broadcasting.

A three year starter for the Warriors  Leone said the helping the team get in to the state playoffs was one of the many highlights he had while at the school.

Leone said “it’s a dream cone true” about attending college on a full academic scholarship and playing college football.
