
Two accidents early Friday kept local first responders busy as two people were hospitalized in the separate incidents, according to officials on the scene.
A black Monte Carlo, witnesses report, struck a tree close to the Red Robin Restaurant near the Oxford Valley Mall shortly before midnight.

First responders on scene has to extract one unidentified male from the damaged vehicle who was then transported to a local hospital for treatment, a source close to the scene said.
Penndel, Langhorne – Middletown and Fairless Hills Fire companies reported to the accident scene.

The Penndel Fire Company, a short time later, was diverted to Interstate 95 ย just north of the Newtown exit for a two vehicle accident involving a van and a tractor-trailer.

A 48-year-old woman was extracted from the van, according to scanner reports with ย Yardley- Makefield Emergency Unit 100 transporting her to St Mary’s Medical Center ย for treatment and evaluation for injuries. a source familiar with the accident investigation said.
