PHOTOS & VIDEO: Morning Ceremony Marks 9/11 in Bucks

More than 100 people gathered at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday to mark the anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks at the Garden of Reflection memorial in Lower Makefield. Local religious and community leaders joined observers and family of the victims to remember.
